Shepherd's Pie Recipe
Step 1: Cook the Meat
- Place ground lamb in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season with a good amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

- Keep the heat at medium.
Step 5: Add Final Seasonings
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce for added flavor.
- Add fresh herbs: thyme and rosemary.
- Add more freshly ground black pepper.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6: Prepare Mashed Potatoes
- Boil potatoes until fully cooked.
- While hot, mash potatoes with butter, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese.

- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
