Avocado Chicken Salad Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the avocado
- Slice 1 large ripe avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Create a checkerboard pattern in the avocado flesh and scoop it into a bowl.

- Using the back of a fork, mash the avocado.
