Soup Dumplings Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the base
- Heat some neutral oil in a pan.
- Grate fresh ginger directly into the pan.
- Add a generous tablespoon of curry paste (preferably yellow for a nice red color).
- Mix in a tablespoon of better than bouillon for flavor.
- Pour in four cups of water and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Cook the mushrooms
