  • Trim both ends of the green beans and cut into 3-inch sections.

  • Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper powder, a little sugar, a tiny bit of baking soda, corn starch, and water.
  • Mix thoroughly and add a touch of oil.

  • Mix corn starch with cold water until smooth and free of lumps.

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
