Cosmic Brownie Protein Ice Cream
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Combine 200g of fat-free Fairlife and 200g of unsweetened vanilla almond milk in a mixing bowl. This creates a rich and creamy base for your ice cream.
Step 2: Add Dry Ingredients
Add the following dry ingredients:
- 30g of chocolate fudge brownie protein powder
- 10g of brownie batter protein cookie butter mixins (or substitute with an additional 5g of protein powder if unavailable)
- 8g of sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding mix
- 5g of special dark unsweetened baking cocoa
- 5g of zero-calorie sweetener
- A pinch of sea salt
Step 3: Mix Ingredients
Using a milk frother, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. This can also be done in a protein shake bottle.
Step 4: Freeze the Mixture
Pour the mixture into a pint container and place it in the freezer without the lid to avoid a hump forming on top. Freeze until solid.
Step 5: Thaw and Blend
Once frozen, let the pint sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes or run warm water along the outside to thaw slightly. This helps in blending.
Step 6: Blend in the Ninja Creamy
Place the pint in the Ninja Creamy and select the Ice Cream setting to blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 7: Add Brownie Mix-ins
After blending, add half of a Cosmic brownie and use the Mix-in setting to incorporate it into the ice cream.
Step 8: Serve and Enjoy
Scoop out the Cosmic brownie protein ice cream and enjoy a deliciously creamy dessert with a rich brownie flavor!
