Smash Burger Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Beef
Divide a pound of ground beef into four equal sections, then shape each section into a round compacted ball. Pop these in the fridge while you prep your toppings.
Step 2: Prep the Toppings
Prepare your toppings: slice the white onion, tomato, lettuce, and pickles.
Step 3: Cook the Patties
Add your ball of meat to a super hot pan and flatten it out using parchment paper in between. Be careful not to go too thin to avoid drying out the meat.

Top the patties off with some cheddar cheese, cover until it's melty, then take it off the heat.

Toast up some brioche buns while the cheese melts.

Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, grated pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
