Chicken Tikka Masala:
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
Cube some chicken breast and marinate it with salt, pepper, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric, ginger, garlic, yogurt, and lemon juice. Let it marinate until you're impatient.
Step 2: Air Fry the Chicken
Air fry the marinated chicken at 380°F for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the Vegetables
Dice up some tomatoes and red onions.
Step 4: Cook the Base
Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices. Then add the onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, and tomatoes along with a handful of cashews and cilantro. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Blend the Mixture
Blend the cooked mixture and set it aside.
Step 6: Make the Thara
In a pan, add ghee, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and turmeric. Then add finely diced onions and tomatoes and cook down.
Step 7: Combine Everything
Add the blended gravy to the thara and finish it off with butter, dried fenugreek leaves, salt, sugar, heavy cream, and the air-fried chicken.
