High Protein Southwest Burritos

Step 1: Prepare and Marinate the Chicken [00:16]

Season the chicken breast with taco seasoning and the juice of half a lime. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2: Cook the Vegetables [00:26]

While the chicken marinates, chop the bell peppers and the white onion. Sauté them in a hot skillet until soft. Add corn and black beans, season with salt and pepper, and continue to sauté for a bit longer.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken [00:36]

Cook the marinated chicken in an air fryer at 390°F for 20 minutes or in an oven at 425°F for 25-30 minutes. Once fully cooked, slice and dice the chicken.

Step 4: Assemble the Burritos [00:47]

Take a low-calorie wrap and place a portion of the diced chicken, the sautéed vegetables, and a sprinkle of low-fat cheese on it. Roll it up.

Step 5: Sear the Burritos [00:52]

Place the burritos on a medium-high heat pan and cook until they are golden brown on all sides.
