Seafood Boil Instructions:
Step 1: Clean the Seafood
- Start by rinsing the crab legs in cool water to remove any residue.
Step 2: Prepare the Boiling Water
- In a large pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Add chicken bouillon cubes, onions, and lemons to flavor the water.
Step 3: Chop the Onions and Lemons
- Chop half of the onion finely and cut the lemons into wedges.
Step 4: Boil the Potatoes
- Add the washed potatoes to the boiling water and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: Add Corn
- After the potatoes have cooked for a few minutes, add the corn to the pot.
Step 6: Add Crab Legs
- Once the potatoes are tender, add the crab legs to the boiling water and cook for about 10-12 minutes.
Step 7: Prepare Shrimp and Scallops
- In a separate pot, melt garlic butter and cook the shrimp and scallops until they turn pink (about 3-5 minutes).
Step 8: Cook Lobster Tails
- Add the lobster tails to the boiling water with the crab legs for about 8-10 minutes.
Step 9: Ice Bath for Lobster Tails
- Once cooked, transfer the lobster tails to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
Step 10: Serve
- Combine all seafood and vegetables in a serving dish. Optionally, drizzle with sauce or serve with garlic butter on the side. Enjoy your seafood boil!
