Sous Vide Coffee-Infused Oil with Vanilla

Coffee Infused Oil

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the coffee grounds, oil, and vanilla.

Step 2: Vacuum Seal

Pour the mixture into a vacuum seal bag and seal it tightly.

Step 3: Sous Vide

Cook the sealed mixture in a sous vide bath for 12 hours.

Step 4: Cool

Remove the bag from the sous vide bath and submerge it in an ice bath to cool.

Step 5: Strain

Strain the infused oil through a fine mesh strainer lined with a cloth to remove all solid particles.
