Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare and Fry: Preheat oil to 350°F. Double dredge the chicken: let excess marinade drip off, coat in the flour mixture, then dip back into the marinade and coat in the flour one more time. Deep fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
  2. Toast Buns: Brush garlic butter on both inner halves of the buns and toast in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Prepare Glaze: While the buns are toasting, combine all ingredients for the hot honey glaze in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble: Brush the hot honey glaze onto the fried chicken. Build the sliders by layering: toasted bun, ranch dressing, glazed chicken, and pickles. Finish by brushing leftover garlic butter on the top bun.
