Step 1: Heat Oil

Step 3: Add Kombu
- Add 2 grams of kombu (or 1 gram of monosodium glutamate) to the water.
Step 4: Add Onions
- Add 250 grams of frozen onions to the pan.
Step 5: Season
- Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and add black pepper to taste.
Step 6: Keep Moist
- Add more water when the pan dries to prevent burning.
Step 7: Cook Garlic
