Cooking steps
1. Seasoned Beef Salad Bowl
Step 1: Cook the beef
Place a pan over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Season with salt, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne powder. Use a potato masher to break up the meat and cook thoroughly.
Step 2: Make the sauce
Combine green chili sauce, non-fat plain yogurt, lime zest, and a spritz of lime juice in a small container. Mix well.
Step 3: Combine and assemble
Add a squirt of tomato paste and a splash of water to the cooked beef and stir. In a bowl, place the shredded lettuce as a base, then add the beef, onions, grated cheese, pickled jalapenos, and the prepared yogurt sauce. Mix and serve with tortilla chips.
2. Gochujang Ramen Noodles
Step 1: Boil the noodles
Fill a pot with water and set on to boil. Add the noodles and let hydrate for 3 minutes.
Step 2: Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix the gochujang, Kewpie mayo, and black Chinese vinegar.
Step 3: Cook the egg
Fry an egg on a flat pan while the noodles are boiling.
Step 4: Assemble
Drain the water from the pot, add the prepared sauce and a scoop of Nanoboost (optional). Mix well. Top with the fried egg, sliced scallions, and black sesame seeds.
3. Chicken Wrap w/ Herb Yogurt Sauce
Step 1: Season and cook the chicken
Slice the chicken breast into small cubes and season with oil, salt, oregano, red chili flakes, and black pepper. Cook in a ripping hot pan until done.
Step 2: Make the sauce
Combine non-fat yogurt, low-fat mayo, lemon juice, dried dill, dried oregano, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 3: Assemble the wrap
Spread the sauce on the lavash bread, add the cooked chicken, tomato slices, lettuce, pickled onions, and crumbled feta cheese. Roll the bread tightly, wrap in aluminum foil to keep it compact, and slice in half.
