Cooking steps
Instructions
1. Prepare the limes
Boil 2 whole limes in water for 10 minutes.
2. Mix ingredients
Remove the boiled limes from the pot and place them in a bowl. Add sugar, milk, 3 eggs, and a neutral oil to the bowl with the limes.
3. Blend
Use an immersion blender to blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
4. Flavor and bake
Add a splash of vanilla extract, then fold in sifted flour. Mix well. Pour the batter into a loaf pan, insert a slice of butter into the center of the batter, and bake until ready.
5. Glaze and serve
Once the cake is cool, pour a sweet glaze over the top, slice, and enjoy.
