  • Bring water to a boil, add salt to taste, and 1 tsp of oil.
  • Add the whole wheat noodles and cook for 6 minutes as indicated on the package.
  • Drain the noodles and toss with 1 tsp of oil to prevent sticking. Allow them to cool.

  • Shred the cabbage, and julienne the carrot and capsicum. Slice the onion.

  • Heat oil in a wok.
