Chocolate Kinder Cupcakes
1. Prepare the Frosting
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Stir until smooth and cover with plastic wrap. Once chilled, whip the frosting until fluffy.
2. Prepare the Cupcakes
- Prepare your cupcake liners by dusting them with a light coating of cocoa powder.
- Prepare your chocolate cupcake batter and pour into the prepared liners.
- Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
