1 cup chicken bone broth or veggie broth (235ml), plus additional as needed

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  • Mince 3-4 shallots and 6 cloves of garlic.
  • Zest and juice 1 lemon.

Step 2: Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add minced shallots and garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Step 3: Add Flavorings

  • Stir in 1 tsp miso paste and 1-3 tbsp red pepper flakes according to your heat preference.
