Step 1: Prepare the Mince

Heat 1 tablespoon of neutral oil in a pan and add the mince. Cook until browned.

Step 2: Add Aromatics

Add 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 chili to the mince and stir well.

Step 3: Season the Mince
