Nutella Cookie Pies
Step 1: Prepare the dough
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the flour and mix until a dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 2: Assemble
Place a portion of the cookie dough into the bottom of two small ramekins. Add a generous scoop of Nutella in the center of each, then cover with more cookie dough, sealing the edges well. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
