Cooking steps

Apple Pork Chops with Stuffing

Step 1: Prepare the Crockpot

  • Start by putting 3 tablespoons of melted butter in the bottom of your crock pot.

Step 2: Prepare the Apples

  • Cut 4 apples (2 Fuji and 2 Granny Smith) in half, resulting in 6 slices total.
  • Add half of your apples into the bottom of the crock pot.

Step 3: Add Onions

  • Dice 1 sweet onion and put it in the crock pot.

Step 4: Add Pork Chops

  • Season 4 thick cut boneless pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Nestle the pork chops right on top of the onions and apples.

Step 5: Layer Remaining Apples

  • Add the remaining half of your apples right on top of the pork chops.
