Strawberry Fruit Leather
Step 1: Prepare the strawberries
Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves by inserting a knife and twisting it.
Step 2: Blend the ingredients
Add the cleaned strawberries into a blender. Add honey and a little bit of salt. Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Spread onto baking sheet
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and pour the blended strawberry mixture onto it. Spread it evenly like butter.
Step 4: Dehydrate in the oven
Place the tray in the oven preheated to 175°F (approx. 80°C) for 5 to 6 hours.
Step 5: Finish
Once dehydrated, remove from the oven and cut into pieces.
