Cooking Instructions
1. Brown the Meat
Cook 1 pound of ground beef with a diced onion in a skillet. Season to taste.
2. Prepare the Chili Base
Add sliced hot dogs, garlic, 1 can of chili beans, 1 can of Ro-Tel, and some tomato paste to the skillet. Mix until well combined.
3. Assemble the Casserole
Top the meat mixture with shredded cheese, then add a layer of Tater Tots on top.
4. Bake
Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes until the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is melted.
