Cooking steps

Blackened Chicken Tenders with Raising Cane's Sauce

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce [00:38]

Add 170g plain non-fat Greek yogurt, 113g 2% cottage cheese, 40g sugar-free ketchup, 10g light mayo, 10g Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 1/8 tsp smoked paprika to a small blender. Blend until smooth. Add to a container and store in the fridge.

Step 2: Prepare the Chicken [01:31]

Take 24 oz of chicken tenderloins and pat both sides dry with a paper towel. Add blackened seasoning of choice and press into the chicken to ensure it sticks. Flip the tenders and season the other side.

Step 3: Remove the Tendon (Optional) [02:08]

If desired, put the chicken tendon through the tines of a fork and pull the meat through until the tendon comes out.

Step 4: Air Fry [02:19]

Place the seasoned chicken tenders in an air fryer. Spray the tenders with avocado oil. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes. Let the tenders sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
